Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: November 22, 2025
Welcome to Egyptian Fire Art. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing from our gallery. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Authenticity & Hand-Painted Nature
Every masterpiece at Egyptian Fire Art is a 100% hand-painted reproduction, crafted individually by skilled artisans in Mansoura. We do not use printing machines or digital enhancements.
- The Human Touch: While we strive for museum-quality accuracy, slight variations in brushstrokes, color nuances, and texture may occur compared to the original digital image displayed on your screen.
- Unique Character: These variations are not defects; they are the hallmark of genuine hand-painted art and certify that your piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation.
2. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For our International Collectors (USA, UK, EU, & Worldwide):
- Buyer Responsibility: Please be aware that your local government may charge import duties, customs taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These charges are mandated by your country’s laws and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in our item prices or shipping fees.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay customs fees, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any administrative fees incurred. A refund will be issued minus these costs.
