Our paintings are completely hand painted. We do not use printers at all nor do we produce prints. We sell genuine, hand crafted painting reproductions, and therefore, they cannot be categorized as an exact, one to one, mirrored replica of the original painting. We cannot guarantee the exactness, because it contradicts the very nature of hand painted artisan oil paintings. We can, however, guarantee that our artists work under tedious precision, integrity, and accuracy to step by step create a work of art that in every way possible reproduces the specified and original order of each customer. We ensure customer satisfaction by having each painting approved by it’s purchaser before it is shipped.
We NEVER sell, rent or lease your Personal Information to third-parties.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
